Thomas Wayne Dolan, 72, of North Chesterfield, formerly of Lynchburg, passed away Sunday, May 30, 2021.
Wayne was born December 8, 1948, a son of the late William Thomas Dolan and Joyce Marie Millner. Wayne honorably served his country in the National Guard and was retired as a Sale Representative with Applied Industrial Technology. Wayne was an avid outdoorsman and gardener who loved spending time at the beach with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his three children: Emily Dolan (Sylvester), Nathan Dolan (Tina), and Katie Dolan (Michael), two brothers: Joseph William Dolan (Cindy) and Barry Douglas Dolan (Nancy), and six grandchildren: Anna, Leah, Sam, Josh, Daphne, and Cole.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a baby sister Joy Marie Dolan.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Friday, June 4, 2021, at Tharp Funeral Home Lynchburg.
