Sherry Lynn Dooley Webster, 59, of Huddleston, passed away Saturday, October 16, 2021, at Lynchburg General Hospital after a brief illness. Sherry was born Thursday, November 16, 1961, in Bedford, VA. Sherry was preceded in death by her father, John Lee Dooley and her grandson Alex Edward Webster.

Sherry is survived by her loving mother, Rebecca Dooley Bryant; son, Frank Edward Webster, Jr (Brandy); daughter, Shena Marie Webster (Wayne); brothers, Timothy Lee Dooley (Ruby); Jimmy Wayne Dooley (Pam); Kevin Eugene Dooley (Teressa); grandchildren, Amber Nicole Webster; Draven Thomas Bowles. Atlanta Brooke Webster, Austin Eugene Webster; nephews, Timmy Jr, Travis, Dustin, Johnathon & Lucas Dooley as well as many other family members and loved ones.

Sherry was a very quiet, loving and giving person, who always took care of her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed watching NASCAR races, jewelry, sleeping late, good food (especially her mom’s cheeseball to which we would all race to at every family gathering) and spending time with her family. She grew up with three brothers, so she had to be tough, and she was! She was beautiful inside and out and had a smile that would light up a room. To know her was to love her; she loved deeply and had a heart of gold! She will live on forever in the hearts of many!

A visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 pm on Tuesday, October 26, 2021, at Tharp Funeral Home, Bedford.
