Sharon Elaine Pendleton Heptinstall (Shernlane) left her earthly home and peacefully entered the Kingdom of Heaven on August 18, 2021. Sharon was born March 25, 1960 in Bedford, VA to the late Jocelyne and Raymond Pendleton. In addition to her parents, Sharon is preceded in death by her Aunt Zelma Shephard.
Sharon had a love for nature and the ocean. She is survived by her son, B.J. Heptinstall; brother, Michael Pendleton (Dee); cousins, Diane Paxton, Donna Moody and Paula Bowling; special friend, Rhonda Overstreet and son, Bently. Also left to cherish her memory is Sharon’s pride and joy, her granddaughter, Penelope House.
