Share your Memorial with Family & Friends
Sarah Elizabeth Brungard was born to Mark and Sherri Brungard on February 7, 1995 and went home to her Lord and Savior on July 4, 2019.
In 24 short years, Sarah lived fearlessly. She impacted deeply and encouraged her friends and family in their walk in Christ. She was a beloved daughter, sister, aunt and friend. She graduated from Liberty Christian Academy and had nearly completed her degree at Liberty University. She made friends wherever she went and many of those friends became family. Her outward beauty was only matched by her inward desire to serve her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. She loved her family and friends dearly, had a love of sunsets and adventure and she was passionate about children, music and dance.
In addition to her parents, Sarah is survived by her sister Rebecca Brungard Napier, husband Aaron and daughter Ava Napier; her two brothers Mark Brungard, Jr. and Isaac Brungard; grandparents Beverly Brungard and Barbara and Dennis Shelton; uncles and aunts Ray and Cheryl Wolf, Bill and Ruth Brungard, Fabio and Sue Freyre, David and Debbie Brungard, Scott and Becky Miller, Paul and Tania Brungard, Penny Brungard, Donnie and Anne Work, Bill and Lanier Work, Matt and Suzanne Miller and many cousins, extended family and friends.
A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 13, 2019 at Heritage Baptist Church, but family will receive visitors at 9:00 a.m. for any who are unable to attend the viewing. The family will receive family and friends at 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, July 12, 2019 at Heritage Baptist Church, 219 Breezewood Drive, Lynchburg.
