Richard A. Schley, 77, of Bon Aqua, Tennessee, died Tuesday May 21, 2019.
Born on April 27, 1942 in Campbell County, Virginia, he was the son of the late Lawrence C. Schley and Rosa Hawkins Schley.
Survivors include his wife Deborah, his brother Bobby Benard, his children Tami Inks (Jeff), Kevin Schley, Bryan Schley (Ashley), and Angela Breece (Adam); and his grandchildren, Kayla, Rachel “Tanner”, Dylan, Logan, Nicholas, Reagan, Seth, and Cohen
A Celebration of Richard’s life will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at Tharp Funeral Home & Crematory, Lynchburg with the Rev. Rick Dillinger officiating. Interment will follow the service at Clearview Baptist Church Cemetery, 2183 Sunnymeade Road, Rustburg, Virginia 24588 with Military Honors provided by the American Legion Post 16.
