A memorial service will be at Tharp Funeral Home, Lynchburg on Sunday, October 17, 2021, at 5:00 p.m. with Chaplain Wayne Lanham officiating. All Covid restrictions will be observed, face coverings and social distancing are required. In lieu of flowers please consider memorial donations to the American Diabetes Association or Meals on Wheels.

I also want this photo of Ray and we other motorcycle buddies. I don't recall the year, but I think we were all chilling out at one of the Harley stores. I hope the photo displays well.

I am very sorry to hear Ray has passed. My sincere condolences to Ray's family and friends. I met Ray years ago at our local McDonald's when I stopped for coffee on the way to work. I joined Ray and other friends in our little mckyd corner where we chatted about all kinds of topics: computers, news, etc. We became friends during those morning stops. We also got together with other friends and had fun motorcycle rides on the Parkway often including lunches on our rides. We had a great time. Ray was a good friend. Wayne
