Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. A memorial service will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 3, 2021, at Temple Baptist Church, with Rev. Dr. Tom Bryant, officiating.

Michael Shane Miller, 48, of Lynchburg, VA, died Thursday, June 24, 2021.
He was the beloved son to father, Melvin McCoy “Mike” Miller and stepmom, Brenda Allgood Miller and mother, Patricia M. “Patty” Miller and loving father to daughter, Gwendolyn Fayle Miller and son, Tynan MacKay Miller and a stepsister, Samantha Morrissey.
Shane enjoyed spending his time working with computers and cooking for family and friends. His desire in life was to help others. He was beloved by many and leaves a cherished legacy.
