Joe Brice Cochran II, age 69, of Harrisonburg, Va. died January 2, 2022, in Fairmont Crossing nursing home. He was the husband of Leslie Jane Whitworth Cochran.
He was born, May 28, 1952, in Washington DC and his parents were Joe Brice Cochran and Phyllis Ayers Cochran.
In addition to his wife, Joe is survived by his sister Susan Nickens his brother-in-law Shelton and sister-in-law Sara Cochran. And also, his many nieces and nephews and their children.
In addition to his parents, Joe was preceded in death by his two brothers and two of his sisters.
Joe was a very kind and gentle man, with a great sense of humor. He was very outgoing and loved meeting new people. He adored his many dogs and loved volunteering at the SPCA for many years. He affected many people and will be missed very much by all of us.
