I am so sorry to hear of Jack's passing. i worked with Jack for many years in the wireless industry, through many changes in company names. Jack was and will always be a positive force in my way of looking at work and life. He was one of the most honest/direct people i have known. My deepest sympathy to his family!

After a purchase of several wireless markets from another carrier. Jack and I were paired together. The goal was to perform an analysis of the newly purchased networks. The networks were spread out from VA, WVA, PA, OH, KY, and other states. Previously, I had only a few interactions with Jack. However, this project, documenting the issues and mitigation plans tied us together for 15-18 hour per day for almost a month. Jack's passion, technical knowledge, and dedication were second to none. I told my superiors that his efforts were key in being able to define and correct the issues. His daily communication with the new team members helped integrate the new people into the team. Without hesitation or pause, I will his miss candor, tenacity, intelligence, and questions. However, most of all, I will miss his frankness, wit and his ability to find humor in situations with his wry smile and twinkle in his eye. I feel lucky to have worked with him but more lucky to call him friend. Certainly, Jack was a Rascal but always a gentleman. God's peace friend.

Dear Brenda and Family, my wife and I just learned of the passing of Jack and were shocked and saddened. Jack and his family grew up a few doors from us on Aspen St in Philadelphia. We remember him as being a kind and gentle soul. We last saw him at my father’s funeral in 2004 and were grateful to him for making the journey to Philly just to express his condolences. Our prayers to you and your family.

I've know Jack as a boss, coworker and most important a friend. Jack was the person who hired me for the job that ended up being my second career and I will always be eternally grateful. Many of us at work were Military Veterans and shared our stories of service. Jack, always the jokester would share his experiences as a "Veteran of The Philly Wars", much to our laughter. Rest in peace Jack. Brenda; Andrea and I will keep you and the family in our thoughts and prayers.
