During the time I worked with Hubert in the Lynchburg, he was a loyal coworker and a true friend to all the people he came in contact with. He will truly be missed. After the storm clouds have passed,God puts a rainbow in the sky.

I was very sorry to learn of Hubert’s passing away. He was working in the Lynchburg District Office of VDOT when I went to work there. He was always a gentleman and always did his job excellently, trying to make his coworkers’ jobs easier. He was a quiet man who minded his own business, yet never failed to show concern for others. Hubert will be greatly missed, and may God bless his family and friends.

I am so sorry to read about Hubert's passing. I worked at VDOT at the same time he did. Hubert was a fine example of a Christian and how we all should strive to live each day! He never missed an opportunity to share his faith with those he saw. Prayers to all of his family and friends!
