Just learned today, 08/28/21, that Charlene is home with the Lord. Her gift and talent for teaching children the Word of God as well as training adults to teach children are missed. She was especially gifted in ministering to preschoolers. I had the privilege of ministering along side Charlene with Child Evangelism Fellowship of DC and learning from her. Rest on my Sister, you are surely rejoicing with Jesus! My deepest sympathy to the family.

May I extend my deepest condolences to all of Charlene's friends and family. I'm grateful and privileged to call Charlene Friend. Charlene was a steadfast friend. She never skipped a beat, was sharp and on top of her game! I learned much from Charlene and her support in my life made an immeasurable impact, contributing to my success in life! I will be forever grateful for her investment in my life and the lives of my children. I am grateful God did not allow Charlene to suffer. However, her absence from our lives shatter us all to the core. You will be terribly missed, my friend. Rest in Sweet Peace in His Presence!
